I am so glad to have found Yin to assist me in my child birth preparation as I was feeling overwhelmed and having fears around having a natural delivery. Yin was so friendly, knowledgeable and patient in answering our questions. Yin taught me pelvic floor exercises, mobility exercises and perineum massage which gave me confidence in preparing for a smoother natural delivery. I go to Solace for pregnancy support and birth preparation, and I’ve had a very positive experience. Yin guides me through a variety of exercises, including pelvic floor work, gentle strengthening, and stretching, and explains everything in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

The sessions are always adapted to my stage of pregnancy, which makes me feel very supported and safe. I started my first appointment at 14 weeks, and I can truly recommend beginning early. It has given me a lot of confidence and reassurance throughout my pregnancy.

Miss Yin is a specialist on her pelvic floor tasks. Name it from prolapse pelvic organs to hypertoned pelvic floor issues, you can talk to her. The options available to help with your pelvic floor issue are great. THE MOST IMPORTANT MINDSET YOU MUST HAVE IS TO BE OPTIMIST (POSITIVE). She help with my hypertoned pelvic floor. I am progressing within 2 months. I'm happy.
