We provide care for pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, diastasis recti, constipation, and vaginismus. Our approach is always natural — no surgery, no medical, no injection.

No

How long will the first session take?
Your first appointment usually lasts about one hour, including consultation, assessment, and discussion of your treatment plan. If needed, we may also introduce basic pelvic exercises to start improving posture and muscle balance.
Do you use a Kegel chair for treatment?
No, we do not rely on Kegel chairs. While Kegel chairs may provide temporary muscle stimulation, they do not replace personalized pelvic floor rehab. At Solace Pelvic Health, we combine one-on-one pelvic floor therapy, guided Kegel exercises, posture correction, and tailored physiotherapy programs. Our approach is holistic and effective — no surgery, no medical, no injection — and ensures long-term results rather than short-term stimulation.
What are your operating hours?
We are open Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00am to 7:00pm. Appointments are available until 9:00pm upon request.
