Solace Pelvic Health Centre (“Solace”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a pelvic health centre located at A1-15-12, Arcoris Business Suite, Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

2. Scope of This Notice

This Notice covers this website and personal data you provide when communicating with Solace by WhatsApp, telephone or email. Third-party websites, apps and platforms are governed by their own privacy terms.

3. Personal Data We May Collect

The website does not contain a contact, appointment or account-registration form. If you contact us, you may choose to provide your name, contact details, appointment preferences, the content of your enquiry, and other information needed to respond to you or arrange services.

The website’s analytics service may process technical and usage information, including the page visited, page language, browser or device information, and interactions with selected links. The website also displays selected Google review content and links back to the reviewer’s public Google profile.

4. Sensitive Health Information

Information about your physical or mental health may be sensitive personal data. If you choose to discuss symptoms, conditions or treatment needs through a communication channel, please provide only what is reasonably necessary for your enquiry. A private clinical discussion may be more suitable for detailed health information.

5. How We Collect Personal Data

We may receive personal data directly from you when you contact us by WhatsApp, telephone or email. Technical and usage information may be collected through Google Analytics when you browse the website. Google Maps content is embedded on selected pages, and public review content is displayed from Google review data.

6. Purposes of Processing

Personal data may be used to respond to enquiries, communicate about appointments or requested services, provide and administer care, maintain appropriate records, operate and understand use of the website, address safety or legal matters, and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

7. WhatsApp, Telephone and Email Communication

WhatsApp links open a conversation with Solace at +6011-2130-5266. Telephone and email links open the relevant service on your device. Communications sent through these channels are transmitted and stored by the relevant platform, telecommunications provider or email provider under its own terms and privacy practices. Solace does not control those third-party platforms.

8. Website Analytics and Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) through gtag.js with measurement ID G-MXMRRRWTS6. GA4 may use cookies or similar technologies to provide website usage information.

When a WhatsApp link is clicked, the website sends an event named whatsapp_click. Its custom parameters are limited to the page path, page language, a predefined CTA location and label, and—on a public service route—the service slug. The prefilled WhatsApp message, full WhatsApp URL, URL query parameters, names, telephone numbers, symptoms, medical conditions and form values are not included in this event.

You can use browser settings or privacy tools to restrict cookies or analytics. WhatsApp links continue to work if analytics is blocked or unavailable.

9. Google Maps and Embedded Services

Google Maps is embedded on the English home and Contact pages. Loading or interacting with a map sends a request to Google and may allow Google to process technical or usage information under Google’s own privacy terms. The site also loads a Font Awesome stylesheet from the cdnjs content-delivery service.

10. Disclosure to Service Providers and Other Parties

Personal data or technical information may be processed by services used to deliver website and communication functions, including Firebase Hosting, Google Analytics, Google Maps, WhatsApp and the providers supporting telephone and email communications. Information may also be disclosed where permitted or required by applicable law. Links to Facebook, Instagram, Waze, Google and other websites do not give Solace control over those services.

11. Cross-Border Processing or Storage

Some third-party services operate infrastructure in multiple countries. Information processed through those services may therefore be processed or stored outside Malaysia, subject to the provider’s arrangements and applicable law. The locations and safeguards used by each provider may change and are governed by that provider’s terms.

12. Data Retention

Retention periods depend on the type of information, why it is needed, and applicable clinical, administrative and legal requirements. Messages and technical information held by third-party platforms are also subject to those platforms’ retention practices. You may contact Solace to ask about the retention of a particular record.

13. Data Security

No internet transmission, website or messaging platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid sending more sensitive information than is necessary in an initial enquiry and use the communication method you consider appropriate. Third-party services apply their own security practices.

14. Access and Correction Requests

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether Solace holds personal data about you, request access to it, or ask for inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information to be corrected. We may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.

15. Withdrawal of Consent and Marketing Preferences

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent by contacting Solace, subject to applicable law and any processing that remains necessary for another lawful reason. You may also ask not to receive direct marketing. This website currently has no newsletter sign-up form or advertising pixel.

16. Consequences of Not Providing Required Data

You may browse the website without providing contact or health information to Solace. If you do not provide information reasonably needed to answer an enquiry, arrange an appointment or provide a requested service, Solace may be unable to proceed with that request.

17. Third-Party Links

This website links to third-party websites and apps. When you follow a link, the third party may collect information independently. Please review its privacy information before providing personal data.

This Notice may be updated when website features, services, data practices or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top identifies the current published version.
