I first came here after my first pregnancy for SI joint pain, after trying several other physiotherapists. Ms. Yin was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and she helped me manage my pain within just a few sessions.

Now, during my second pregnancy, I’m seeing her again for pelvic pain. I’m very happy to be back under her care because she is patient, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable throughout the treatment.

Yin is a very attentive, experienced physiotherapist. If you have gut issues, pelvic issues and have the time, give her a go, she can help release a lot of attention you have in the pelvic floor, and she is very kind and tries to understand her patients' challenges and needs. She has patients of all backgrounds - local Malaysians and foreigners; she speaks great English and can answer your questions easily.

Comparing to the previous therapist at Vibrance, I have found comfort in every treatment experience at Solace. Ms Yin kept her full focus and attention throughout the therapy time. Sadly, at Vibrance, during the electric stimulation, I was left alone to the machine and many scary thoughts raced through my mind - “What if the China brand machine short circuit, will I get electrocuted?” And there was 1 incident where the probe slided out causing my inner thigh to feel electric 😱

What’s more terrifying was the Vibrance therapist who claimed to be experienced misdiagnosed me as having prolapse. Subsequent verification by my gynae and Ms Yin confirmed no presence of prolapse at all.

And that’s the very purpose of my sharing. Giving awareness to other patients that having a kind, ethical therapist and pelvic centre is indeed impactful to our well being.

Dr. Yin is great in knowing the deeper issues than what meets the eye. The way she helped me correct my tail bone made a huge difference in the way I walk. Second visit I had issues in my knee and she helped me with a deep tissue massage to relax the tension and ease the pain. Very prompt in communication and punctual in her appointments. No waiting time and attends to the patient with same care every time. Highly recommend her to set your sagging postpartum tummy, or pelvic floor, anything related to women’s wellness.

I’ve been seeing Yin for about a year and can’t recommend her highly enough. I first came to her after a complicated delivery with my first son that left me in a very fragile place—physically, mentally, and emotionally. The options available to help with your pelvic floor issue are great. THE MOST IMPORTANT MINDSET YOU MUST HAVE IS TO BE OPTIMIST (POSITIVE). She help with my hypertoned pelvic floor. I am progressing within 2 months. I'm happy.
